Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy for eligible purchases. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided that fewer than 2,000 words have been used on your account.

To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with your payment receipt or a screenshot of your account as proof of purchase.

Please note that we use Paddle as our payment service provider. Eligible refunds are processed and issued by Paddle on our behalf.

The $1 3-Day Pass is non-refundable. Purchases of this pass are final and are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Change of Mind: If you no longer want to use the service after making a purchase, the purchase is not eligible for a refund.
• Misunderstanding of Features: Refunds are not available if you expected features, functionality, or results that were not advertised as part of the service.
• Partial Usage or Temporary Issues: A refund will not be issued simply because you have used part of your plan or experienced a temporary service issue that was resolved.
• Third-Party App Confusion: We do not provide refunds for purchases made through third-party apps or services that were mistakenly identified as our service.
• Not Satisfied After Using the Free Version: Refunds will not be provided when a paid plan was purchased after using the free version and the user later decides that the paid service does not meet their expectations.
• Discounted Plans: Purchases made at a discounted price during a sale are non-refundable. If applicable, you can contact support for help canceling automatic renewal.
• Recurring Charges: Recurring charges are non-refundable once the renewal has been processed. The checkout process provides an option for manual renewal where available, so you can choose not to continue before the next billing period.
• Custom Plans: Refunds are not available for custom plans created on demand based on specific usage requirements. These personalized packages are considered final once activated.
• $1 3-Day Pass: The $1 3-Day Pass is non-refundable under all circumstances.

If your purchase meets the eligibility requirements, contact our support team within the applicable refund period.

Include your payment receipt or a screenshot of your account so we can verify the purchase. Our team will review the request and, where eligible, initiate the refund through Paddle.

Refund processing times may depend on your payment method and financial institution.

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date where appropriate. We recommend reviewing the Refund Policy before making any purchase on ai-content-humanizer.com to stay informed about the latest terms.

Your continued use of the service after an updated policy is posted means that the revised policy will apply to future purchases and renewals.
